It's our crazy world where you get all this sugar but no protein and our bodies get a little confused. Well let's face it not a little sugar but a LOT!

You can do this, one day at time, one meal at a time.Eating With Othershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07885274679677042833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3095542433316729477.post-68948413409854241172010-02-21T19:18:30.293-08:002010-02-21T19:18:30.293-08:00Hey guys :)

I try to censor myself around her- like NOT go on and on about how I want to lose weight or how cookies are fattening. Ugh.. Luckily it's out of my system for the time being... here's hoping I don't fall off the wagon again too soon.Elizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13360382632125391442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3095542433316729477.post-83934734578485355592010-02-21T13:27:39.029-08:002010-02-21T13:27:39.029-08:00Binges are bad but you don't have to let one l...Binges are bad but you don't have to let one lead to another. Just eat right the rest of the day and it will curb those cravings. When you don't get enough protein and you get too much sugar your body will want more of the sugar, it's a vicious cycle! You break it by eating right.

Good job on not getting on the scale.Eating With Othershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07885274679677042833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3095542433316729477.post-18665886852706660782010-02-21T12:38:46.323-08:002010-02-21T12:38:46.323-08:00I was just going to ask you about the treatment. ...I was just going to ask you about the treatment.
