Your not alone, and your not weak or deranged. Only in pain. I'm sorry that your mom even asked about the amount of food that you had eaten. It didn't sound like more than anyone else had indulged in. I'm sure it made you feel very vulnerable. I'm glad that you feel comfortable confiding in her though. It is important to not become isolated from family. Good for you for not bingeing this month!
